اثر تاریخ کشت و تنش گرمای انتهای فصل بر صفان فنولوژیک و اجزای عملکرد ژنوتیپهای گندم نان
چکیدهمراحل فنولوژیک ارقام تجاری گندم از مهمترین عوامل تعیینکننده تحمل به گرما بوده که در برنامههای اصلاحی از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. به منظور بررسی اثر تاریخ کشت و تنش گرما بر صفات فنولوژیک، عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گندم نان، آزمایشی در سال زراعی 95-1394در مزرعه آزمایشی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار روی 30 ژنوتیپ گندم نان با طول مراحل فنولوژیک متفاوت اجرا شد. ارقام در دو تاریخ کاشت بهموقع و دیرهنگام (تنش گرمای انتهای فصل) کشت شده و دادههای حاصل بهصورت تجزیه مرکب تجزیه گردید. در این تحقیق تنش گرما اثر معنیدار در کاهش صفات فنولوژیک مورد مطالعه داشت. عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد نیز تحت تأثیر تنش گرمای انتهای فصل قرار گرفت و کاهش یافتند. بر اساس نتایج حاصل همبستگی بین صفات فنولوژیک و اجزای عملکرد در شرایط بدون تنش مثبت و در اکثر موارد در شرایط تنش گرما منفی بود. نتایج همبستگی کانونیک نشان داد که صفات فنولوژیک در همبستگی کانونیک اول در شرایط بدون تنش 38 درصد و در شرایط تنش گرما 47 درصد واریانس در اجزای عملکرد را تفسیر نمودند که نشاندهنده تأثیر شدیدتر صفات فنولوژیک بر اجزای عملکرد در شرایط تنش گرما است. نتایج تجزیه خوشهای نیز نقش بسیار مهم مراحل فنولوژیک در گروهبندی ارقام تجاری گندم کشور را نشان داد. بهطورکلی، اگر در مناطق گرم انتخاب ژنوتیپهای مطلوب بر اساس طول مراحل فنولوژیک مناسب صورت پذیرد، میتوان به ارقام متحملی دست یافت که ضمن تولید عملکرد بالا، پایداری بیشتری در عملکرد دانه داشته باشند.

تلفیق وجین مکانیکی و کاربرد علفکش در مدیریت علفهای هرز نیشکر (Saccharum officinarum L.)
چکیدهعلفهای هرز یکی از مهمترین عوامل کاهشدهنده عملکرد نیشکر در استان خوزستان میباشند. به منظور بررسی اثر تلفیق وجین مکانیکی و کاربرد سه سطح علفکش ایندازیفلم، تو،فور-دی + امسیپیآ + متریبوزین، بر مهار علفهای هرز و عملکرد نیشکر آزمایشی در سال زراعی 97-1396 در یک مزرعه باز رویش 2 در شرکت کشت و صنعت دهخدا، اهواز، خوزستان اجرا شد. آزمایش بهصورت کرتهای خردشده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه زیرکشت واریته CP57-614 اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل وجین مکانیکی در سه سطح (کولتیواتور پنجه غازی، روتیواتور و بدون عملیات مکانیکی) در کرتهای اصلی و کاربرد علفکش در سه سطح ]ایندازیفلم (50 میلیلیتر ماده مؤثر در هکتار)، توفوردی + امسیپیآ + متریبوزین (675 میلیلیتر ماده مؤثر در هکتار + 1050 گرم ماده مؤثر در هکتار) و شاهد بدون علفکش [در کرتهای فرعی اعمال شدند. همچنین تیمار وجیندستی نیز بهعنوان شاهد در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از تیمارهای وجین مکانیکی باعث کاهش زیستتوده علفهای هرز گردید. بهطوریکه، مهار علفهای هرز در تیمار روتیواتور نسبت به کولتیواتور مؤثرتر بود و بیشترین درصد کاهش زیستتوده علفهای هرز در تیمار تلفیق روتیواتور و ایندازیفلم (47/52 درصد) مشاهده شد. نتایج صفات کمّی نیشکر نشان داد که در شرایط استفاده از وجین مکانیکی و کاربرد علفکش، وزن تکساقه و عملکرد نی نسبت به شاهد افزایش یافت. بیشترین وزن تک ساقه در تیمارهای کولتیواتورزنی به همراه کاربرد تو،فور-دی + امسیپیآ + متریبوزین (65/1 کیلوگرم)، روتیواتورزنی به همراه کاربرد تو،فور-دی + امسیپیآ + متریبوزین (63/1 کیلوگرم) و ایندازیفلم (61/1 کیلوگرم) بهدست آمد. عملکرد نهایی شکر (79/9 تن در هکتار) در تیمار ایندازیفلم نسبت به سایر تیمارها (به جز وجین) بیشتر بود. درحالیکه مقادیر اندازهگیریشده بریکس، پل، خلوص شکر و شکر قابل استخراج در میان تیمارها اختلاف معنیداری با یکدیگر نشان ندادند. بهطورکلی، نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از تیمار ترکیب وجین مکانیکی به همراه علفکش نقش مؤثری در بهبود عملکرد نیشکر و مهار علفهای هرز نیشکر خواهد داشت.

تأثیر محلولپاشی پتاسیم و بور بر برخی ویژگیهای کمی و کیفی استویا (Stevia rebaudiana)
چکیدهبه منظور بررسی تأثیر محلولپاشی پتاسیم و بور بر برخی ویژگیهای کمی و کیفی استویا، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی خوزستان در سال زراعی 96-۱۳۹5 اجرا شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش، چهار مقدار محلولپاشی بور (صفر، 25، 50 و 75 پیپیام) از منبع اسیدبوریک و سه مقدارمحلولپاشی پتاسیم (صفر، 10000 و 15000 پیپیام) از منبع سولفات پتاسیم بودند. محلولپاشیها به فاصله 50، 65 و 80 روز پس از کشت نشاها صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که اثرات متقابل محلولپاشی پتاسیم و بور از نظر صفات عملکرد ماده خشک، عملکرد برگ، ارتفاع بوته، شاخص سطح برگ، درصد استویوزید برگ، درصد نیتروژن برگ، میزان پتاسیم و بور برگ اختلاف معنیداری ایجاد کرد بهطوریکه ترکیب تیماری 15000 پیپیام پتاسیم و 50 پیپیام بور بیشترین عملکرد ماده خشک (8/1495 کیلوگرم در هکتار) را ایجاد کرد که با ترکیب تیماری 15000 پیپیام پتاسیم و 75 پیپیام بور (2/1490 کیلوگرم در هکتار) تفاوت معنیداری نداشت. همچنین ترکیب تیماری 15000 پیپیام پتاسیم و 75 پیپیام بور بیشترین عملکرد برگ (68/1134 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و درصد استویوزید برگ (34/10 درصد) را ایجاد کرد. همچنین کمترین عملکرد ماده خشک (73/1407 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و عملکرد برگ (6/725 کیلوگرم در هکتار) درترکیب تیماری عدم محلولپاشی پتاسیم و 25 پیپیام بور بهدست آمد. با توجه به تأثیر مثبت محلولپاشی عناصر پتاسیم و بور در افزایش عملکرد ماده خشک، عملکرد برگ و درصد استویوزید گیاه استویا تلفیقی از محلولپاشی عناصر پرمصرف و کممصرف مانند پتاسیم و بور در افزایش عملکرد گیاه استویا در شرایط آب و هوایی اهواز مناسب به نظر میرسد.

بررسی اثر قارچ مایکوریزا آربسکولار و محلول پاشی ورمی واش بر صفات مورفولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی گیاه گازانیا در شرایط تنش خشکی
به منظور بررسی اثر قارچ مایکوریزا آربسکولار و محلولپاشی ورمیواش بر گیاه گازانیا در شرایط تنش خشکی، آزمایشی گلدانی به صورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه عامل؛ مایکوریزا آربسکولار در دو سطح (تلقیح با مایکوریزا و بدون تلقیح)، محلولپاشی ورمیواش در چهار سطح (0، 50، 100 و 200 پیپیام) و تنش خشکی در سه سطح رطوبتی (آبیاری بر اساس 40، 70 و 100 درصد ظرفیت زراعی) در سه تکرار در گلخانه و آزمایشگاه پردیس کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه تهران انجام شد. متغیرهای مورد بررسی در این تحقیق شامل ارتفاع بوته، تعداد و سطح برگ، قطر و تعداد گل، وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی، محتوای کلروفیل، کاروتنوئید و مقدار عناصر نیتروژن، پتاسیم و فسفر در برگ بود. تنش خشکی سبب افزایش کربوهیدرات برگ شد. بیشترین مقدار کربوهیدرات برگ با 32/46 میلیگرم بر گرم در تیمار 40 درصد ظرفیت زراعی مشاهده شد. مایکوریزا آربسکولار سبب افزایش تعداد و قطر گل و نیز تعداد و سطح برگ شد. محلول-پاشی ورمیواش بر قطر گل و تعداد گل، عناصر پر مصرف گیاه تأثیر معنیداری داشت. نتایج مقایسه میانگین اثر دوگانه ورمیواش در تنش خشکی نشان داد که بیشترین ارتفاع بوته در تیمار ورمیواش 200 پیپیام در آبیاری 100 درصد ظرفیت زراعی و کمترین مقدار آن در تیمار ورمیواش 50 پیپیام تحت آبیاری 40 درصد ظرفیت زراعی مشاهده شد. کمترین مقدار کلروفیل a در تیمار آبی 40 درصد ظرفیت زراعی و عدمکاربرد قارچ مایکوریزا محاسبه گردید

الگوی پروتئوم برگ درخت توت آمریکایی (Maclura pomifera) در پاسخ به تنش خشکی
چکیدهشوری و قلیائیت خاکها اثرات مخربی بر 932 میلیون هکتار از زمینهای جهان دارد. همچنین سبب کاهش تولید محصول در 100 میلیون هکتار از زمینهای قاره آسیا شده است. این تحقیق به منظور ارزیابی اثرات متقابل منابع نیتروژن و سطوح بیکربنات سدیم بر خصوصیات رشدی، فیزیولوژیکی و پارامترهای فلورسانس کلروفیل دو ژنوتیپ سفید و بنفش سیر در گلخانه هیدروپونیک، دانشکده کشاورزی، دانشگاه ولیعصر (عج) رفسنجان در سال 1395 انجام شد. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه فاکتور بیکربنات سدیم در سه سطح (صفر، 10 و 20 میلیمولار)، نیتروژن در سه سطح (سولفات آمونیوم، نیترات آمونیوم و نیترات کلسیم با غلظت پنج میلیمولار نیتروژن) و دو ژنوتیپ سیر (سفید و بنفش) با 3 تکرار انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد منابع نیترات آمونیوم و سولفات آمونیوم اثر منفی بیکربنات را بر وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی و وزن تر و خشک ریشه کاهش داد. گیاهان تغذیهشده با سولفات آمونیوم بیشترین مقدار قند محلول در هر دو ژنوتیپ سیر (4/1 و 32/1 میلیگرم برگرم وزن تر برگ بهترتیب در ژنوتیپ سفید و بنفش) را به خود اختصاص دادند. میزان پرولین با افزایش غلظت بیکربنات سدیم در هر دو ژنوتیپ سیر افزایش یافت. بیشترین مقدار رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی تحت تأثیر بیکربنات در گیاهانی مشاهده شد که با نیترات آمونیوم و سولفات آمونیوم تغذیه شده بودند. منابع نیتروژن، بیکربنات سدیم و برهمکنش آنها بر شاخصهای فلورسانس کلروفیل تأثیری نداشت و تنها اثر ژنوتیپ بر این صفت معنیدار شد. در مجموع، کاربرد سولفات آمونیوم و نیترات آمونیوم سبب بهبود خصوصیات رشدی و عملکردی ژنوتیپهای سیر در شرایط تنش قلیائیت شد. براساس یافتههای این مقاله میتوان به این نکته اشاره کرد که با تغییر در محلولهای غذایی موردنیاز گیاهان در شرایط تنش میتوان از میزان خسارت به آنها کاست و از این تغییر سبب بهبود خصوصیات رشدی و عملکردی گیاهان در شرایط تنش شد.

بررسی برهمکنش منابع نیتروژن و بیکربنات سدیم بر رشد و برخی خصوصیات مرفو-فیزیولوژیکی گیاه سیر در سیستم هیدروپونیک
چکیدهشوری و قلیائیت خاکها اثرات مخربی بر 932 میلیون هکتار از زمینهای جهان دارد. همچنین سبب کاهش تولید محصول در 100 میلیون هکتار از زمینهای قاره آسیا شده است. این تحقیق به منظور ارزیابی اثرات متقابل منابع نیتروژن و سطوح بیکربنات سدیم بر خصوصیات رشدی، فیزیولوژیکی و پارامترهای فلورسانس کلروفیل دو ژنوتیپ سفید و بنفش سیر در گلخانه هیدروپونیک، دانشکده کشاورزی، دانشگاه ولیعصر (عج) رفسنجان در سال 1395 انجام شد. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه فاکتور بیکربنات سدیم در سه سطح (صفر، 10 و 20 میلیمولار)، نیتروژن در سه سطح (سولفات آمونیوم، نیترات آمونیوم و نیترات کلسیم با غلظت پنج میلیمولار نیتروژن) و دو ژنوتیپ سیر (سفید و بنفش) با 3 تکرار انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد منابع نیترات آمونیوم و سولفات آمونیوم اثر منفی بیکربنات را بر وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی و وزن تر و خشک ریشه کاهش داد. گیاهان تغذیهشده با سولفات آمونیوم بیشترین مقدار قند محلول در هر دو ژنوتیپ سیر (4/1 و 32/1 میلیگرم برگرم وزن تر برگ بهترتیب در ژنوتیپ سفید و بنفش) را به خود اختصاص دادند. میزان پرولین با افزایش غلظت بیکربنات سدیم در هر دو ژنوتیپ سیر افزایش یافت. بیشترین مقدار رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی تحت تأثیر بیکربنات در گیاهانی مشاهده شد که با نیترات آمونیوم و سولفات آمونیوم تغذیه شده بودند. منابع نیتروژن، بیکربنات سدیم و برهمکنش آنها بر شاخصهای فلورسانس کلروفیل تأثیری نداشت و تنها اثر ژنوتیپ بر این صفت معنیدار شد. در مجموع، کاربرد سولفات آمونیوم و نیترات آمونیوم سبب بهبود خصوصیات رشدی و عملکردی ژنوتیپهای سیر در شرایط تنش قلیائیت شد. براساس یافتههای این مقاله میتوان به این نکته اشاره کرد که با تغییر در محلولهای غذایی موردنیاز گیاهان در شرایط تنش میتوان از میزان خسارت به آنها کاست و از این تغییر سبب بهبود خصوصیات رشدی و عملکردی گیاهان در شرایط تنش شد.

تأثیر Pseudomonas putida و کود شیمیایی فسفر بر برخی از صفات رویشی، زایشی و بیوشیمیایی دو گونه ریحان (Ocimum basilicum var. thyrsiflora و Ocimum sanctum)
چکیدهبه منظور بررسی تأثیر کود شیمیایی فسفره و باکتری حلکننده فسفر نامحلول تحقیق حاضر بهصورت فاکتوریل و بر اساس طرح کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در سال 1395 در گلخانه دانشکده کشاورزی، دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز انجام شد. فاکتور اول شامل گونه گیاه (دو گونه ریحان سانکتوم و باسیلیکوم) و فاکتور دوم نوع کود (صفر، 50 و 100 درصد فسفر موردنیاز گیاه، فقط باکتری، باکتری به همراه 50 درصد فسفر موردنیاز گیاه، باکتری به همراه100 درصد فسفر مورد نیاز گیاه) بود. نتایج نشان داد اثر متقابل گونه گیاه و تیمارهای کودی بر اغلب صفات اندازهگیری شده در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنیدار بود. بیشترین میزان فسفر برگ در هر دو گونه باسیلیکوم و سانکتوم (بهترتیب 92/4 و 82/4 میلیگرم بر گرم وزن خشک)، وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی، تعداد و طول گلآذین، فنل، فلاون و فلاونوییدها در تیمار حاوی باکتری بدون استفاده از کود شیمیایی فسفره و پس از آن در تیمار حاوی باکتری + 50 درصد کود شیمیایی بهدست آمد. بیشترین درصد مهار رادیکالهای آزاد در گونه باسیلیکوم و سانکتوم (بهترتیب 67 و 75 درصد) در حضور باکتری و بدون استفاده از کود فسفره بود. بهطور کلی با توجه به وجود تفاوت معنیدار تیمار حاوی باکتری نسبت به سایر تیمارها میتوان تأثیر این باکتری را در شرایط مزرعه در بهبود خصوصیات کمی و کیفی گیاه ریحان بررسی کرد.

تاثیر کاربرد آزومیت بر کاهش خسارت ناشی از تنش شوری در گیاه جعفری مکزیکی (Tagetes minuta L.)
بهمنظور مطالعه اثر مقادیر مختلف خاک معدنی آزومیت بر کاهش خسارات ناشی از تنش شوری در گیاه دارویی جعفری مکزیکی (Tagets minuta L.)، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملا تصادفی با 3 تکرار در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل 3 سطح تنش شوری آب آبیاری (صفر، 30 و 60 میلیمولار کلرید سدیم) و 4 سطح آزومیت (صفر، 4، 8 و 12 گرم در کیلوگرم خاک) بود. در پایان آزمایش و در مرحله گلدهی صفات بیوماس خشک اندام هوایی، محتوای نسبی آب برگ (RWC)، نشت الکترولیت، رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی، فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی، فنل کل، کربوهیدرات محلول و محتوای پرولین اندازهگیری شدند. بیشترین بیوماس خشک اندام هوایی (25/30 گرم در بوته)، RWC (2/74 درصد)، کلروفیل a (mg g-1FW 5/7)، b (mg g-1FW 26/9)، کارتنوئید (mg g-1FW 73/16)، کلروفیل کل (mg g-1FW 39/33) و میزان اسانس (46/0 درصد) در تیمار بدون شوری و کاربرد آزومیت به میزان 12 گرم در کیلوگرم خاک مشاهده شد. در بالاترین سطح شوری و عدم کاربرد آزومیت نشت الکترولیت (55/83%)، فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانتی (27/97%)، فنل کل (mg g-1FW 10/95)، کربوهیدارت محلول (mg g-1FW 4/114) و محتوی پرولین (µM/gDW 12/0) به بیشترین میزان خود رسیدند و کاربرد آزومیت سبب کاهش این صفات شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که بیشترین خسارت وارده به گیاه در بالاترین سطح شوری (60 میلیمولار کلرید سدیم) مشاهده شد و کاربرد آزومیت بهویژه در سطح 12گرم در کیلوگرم خاک بیشترین اثر بهبوددهندگی را بر بیوماس و خصوصیات بیوشیمیایی گیاه بر جای گذاشت.

تأثیر انبارداری پیوندک و زمان انجام پیوند بر گیرایی پیوند در ریزپیوندی برون شیشهای پسته
ریز پیوندی یکی از روشهای نسبتاً جدید برای تکثیر گیاهان میباشد. این روش در گیاهان چوبی بهمنظور تولید گیاهان بدون بیماری، بازجوانسازی، بررسی موثر سازگاری پایه و پیوندک و افزایش غیرجنسی همسانهها استفاده شده است. بهمنظور ارزیابی تأثیر انبارداری پیوندک و زمان انجام پیوند بر گیرایی پیوند در ریزپیوندی برونشیشهای پسته، آزمایش گلخانهای با دو فاکتور شامل عامل زمان پیوند (بهمن، اسفند و اردیبهشت) و انبارداری پیوندک (صفر و 30 روز) با ده تکرار در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی طی سالهای 1396 و 1397 و در گلخانه دانشگاه ولی عصر(عج) رفسنجان انجام شد. در این آزمایش میزان موفقیت ریزپیوندی پسته رقم "احمدآقایی" بر روی پایههای 14 روزه بادامی ریز زرند مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. پیوندکهای "احمدآقایی" از سرشاخههای درختان بالغ در سه زمان مختلف (بهمن، اسفند و اردیبهشت) تهیه و بلافاصله یا پس از یک ماه انبارداری در دمای 4 درجهسلسیوس با روش اسکنه معکوس پیوند شدند. 21 روز پس از انجام عمل پیوند صفاتی همچون درصد گیرایی پیوند، رشد پیوندک، زمان لازم برای گیرایی، تعداد برگ پیوندک و میزان قندهای محلول کل پیوندک اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین درصدگیرایی (100 درصد) و قندهای محلول مربوط به زمان پیوند بهمن و با پیوندکهایی بود که بهصورت تازه برداشت و بلافاصله پیوند شدند. نتایج همچنین نشان داد بیشترین زمان لازم (18 روز) برای گیرایی پیوند در اردیبهشت با پیوندکهای انبارشده بهدست آمد. در مجموع نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهدکه بهترین زمان برای انجام پیوند در بهمن ماه و با پیوندکی بود که در همان زمان برداشت شده بود.

ارزیابی نقش کم آبیاری و تغییر تراکم بوته بر کارایی مصرف آب و عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد ذرت دانهای (S.C 704)
چکیدهبه منظور ارزیابی نقش کم آبیاری و تغییر تراکم بوته بر کارایی مصرف آب و مؤلفههای تولیدی ذرت دانهای، آزمایشی در تابستان سال 1396 در منطقه ویس، واقع در شمال اهواز بهصورت اسپیلیت پلات در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار به مرحله اجرا گذاشته شد. کرتهای اصلی بهصورت آبیاری جوی و پشتهها بهطور کامل (شاهد)، آبیاری یک در میان جوی و پشتهها بهصورت ثابت تا پایان دوره رشد و آبیاری یک در میان جوی و پشتهها بهصورت متغیر و کرتهای فرعی شامل تراکمهای مختلف کاشت (65، 75 و 85 هزار بوته در هکتار) بود. نتایج نشان داد که اثر روشهای مختلف کم آبیاری بر طول کچلی بلال، تعداد دانه در بلال، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیکی، شاخص برداشت و کارایی مصرف آب در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنیدار بود. تراکمهای کاشت از نظر طول کچلی بلال، تعداد دانه در بلال، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیکی و کارایی مصرف آب در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنیدار شد. بیشترین عملکرد دانه در آبیاری کامل (6858 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و در تراکم 85 هزار بوته در هکتار (6159 کیلوگرم در هکتار) مشاهده شد. بیشترین کارایی مصرف آب در آبیاری یک در میان جوی و پشتهها بهصورت متغیر (33/17 درصد) و در تراکم 85 هزار بوته در هکتار (52/15 درصد) بهدست آمد. در مجموع میتوان گفت که برای رسیدن به کارایی مصرف آب و عملکرد مطلوب در جهت استفاده بهینه از منابع آب و همچنین کاهش تلفات آبیاری، آبیاری یک در میان جوی و پشتهها بهصورت متغیر با تراکم 85 هزار بوته در هکتار ذرت دانهای مناسب به نظر میرسد.

تأثیر کاربرد مواد بهبوددهنده آلی و شیمیایی بر عملکرد و درصد اسانس گیاه دارویی شوید (Anethum graveolens L.) در شرایط تنش کمآبی
چکیدهبه منظور ارزیابی تأثیر کاربرد مواد بهبوددهنده آلی و شیمیایی بر عملکرد و درصد اسانس شوید در شرایط تنش کمآبی، آزمایشی در سال زراعی 96-1395 در شهرستان بیرجند بهصورت کرتهای خردشده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. تنش کمآبی بهعنوان عامل اصلی در سه سطح (آبیاری پس از 60، 120 و 180 میلیمتر تبخیر از تشتک تبخیر کلاس A) و مواد بهبوددهنده آلی و شیمیایی در چهار سطح شامل سوپرجاذب، ورمیکمپوست، زئولیت و متانول بهعنوان عامل فرعی بودند. صفات مورد مطالعه در این تحقیق شامل ارتفاع بوته، تعداد شاخه فرعی، تعداد چتر در بوته، تعداد دانه در چتر، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد زیستی، شاخص برداشت، درصد و عملکرد اسانس بودند. نتایج نشان داد که تنش کمآبی موجب کاهش معنیدار تمامی صفات مورد مطالعه بهجز شاخص برداشت و درصد اسانس شد. همچنین، مواد بهبوددهنده آلی و شیمیایی بر ارتفاع بوته، تعداد چتر در بوته، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد زیستی و عملکرد اسانس تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری داشتند. برهمکنش تنش کمآبی و مواد بهبوددهنده آلی و شیمیایی بر تعداد چتر در بوته، تعداد دانه در چتر، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد زیستی و عملکرد اسانس معنیدار بود. با افزایش شدت تنش کمآبی استفاده از مواد بهبوددهنده آلی و شیمیایی عملکرد دانه و اسانس را افزایش داد. بهطوریکه در شرایط تنش شدید مصرف سوپرجاذب موجب افزایش عملکرد دانه و اسانس به میزان بهترتیب 43/34 و 27/37 درصد و محلولپاشی با متانول موجب افزایش عملکرد دانه و اسانس به میزان بهترتیب 71/34 و 85/42 درصد نسبت به شاهد شدند. بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق، مصرف 100 کیلوگرم در هکتار سوپرجاذب و محلولپاشی با 20 درصد حجمی متانول در شرایط تنش شدید جهت افزایش کمیت و کیفیت عملکرد شوید در منطقه بیرجند پیشنهاد میشود.

تأثیر کود نیتروژن و باکتری محرک رشد بر رشد چغندرقند در کشت تأخیری
دچکیدهدر کشت تأخیری چغندرقند (Beta vulgaris L.)، استفاده از کود نیتروژن و باکتری محرک رشد، میتواند در تسریع رشد و جبران زمان از دسترفته، اهمیت زیادی داشته باشد. برای بررسی این موضوع آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای دو بار خردشده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در ۳ تکرار با 6 تیمار در سال ۱۳۹۷ بر روی رقم آرتا و در مزرعه پژوهشی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انجام شد. عاملهای مورد مطالعه شامل تاریخ کشت (کشتهای معمول و تأخیری) بهعنوان عامل اصلی، کود نیتروژن از منبع اوره با دو سطح (کود نیتروژن بر اساس توصیه و ۲۵ درصد کمتر از توصیه) بهعنوان عامل فرعی و باکتری محرک رشد با دو سطح (مایهزنی با باکتری و بدون باکتری) بهعنوان عامل فرعی فرعی در نظر گرفته شدند. نتایج نشان داد اثر تیمار مایهزنی با باکتری محرک رشد روی ویژگیهایی نظیر سطح برگ، ماده خشک، عملکرد ریشه و میزان عیار قند بهترتیب 13، 20، 9 و 8 درصد تأثیر افزایشی داشت. همچنین تیمار باکتری محرک رشد روی میزان سدیم، پتاسیم و نیتروژن مضره ریشه کمترین تأثیر را در هر دو تاریخ کشت معمول و تأخیری از خود نشان داد. به نظر میرسد در شرایط آزمایش حاضر، در کشت تأخیری برای جبران زمان از دست رفته در گیاه چغندرقند، استفاده تلفیقی از کودهای شیمیایی و زیستی مؤثر است.
