بهبود ویژگیهای کیفی و آنتیاکسیدانی گوشت و پوست میوه مرکبات در مدت انبارداری با محلولپاشی قبل از برداشت میوهها با کلراید کلسیم
محلولپاشی قبل از برداشت درختان با کلراید کلسیم یکی از شیوههای کارا و بیخطر برای حفظ و بهبود کیفیت میوهها در مدت انبارداری است. بنابراین، هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر محلولپاشی میوههای مرکبات (ارقام پرتقال تامسون، مورو و نارنگی رقم پیج) مدت سه مرحله (120، 140 و 160 روز پس از تمام گل مدت تابستان سال 90) با غلظتهای مختلف کلراید کلسیم (صفر، 1، 2 و 4 درصد) بر بهبود خواص کیفی و آنتیاکسیدانی میوهها در مدت نگهداریبود. میوهها پس از برداشت در دمای 5 درجه سلسیوس و رطوبت نسبی 85 درصد به مدت 60 روز نگهداری شدند. در مدت انبارداری (روزهای صفر، 30 و 60) برخی از خصوصیات فیزیکی-شیمیایی پوست و گوشت میوه اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که درصد کاهش وزن میوههای محلولپاشیشده با کلراید کلسیم در مدت انبارداری بهطور معنیداری کمتر از شاهد بود.میزان کاروتنوئید گوشت میوه هر سه رقم نیز با افزایش غلظت کلرایدکلسیم در مقایسه با شاهد در مدت نگهداریافزایش نشان داد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که فعالیت آنزیم SOD در زمان برداشت در بافت گوشت و پوست میوههای محلولپاشیشده در هر سهرقم نسبت به شاهد بیشتر بود. فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی (میزان IC50) بافت گوشت و پوست بسته به رقم و تیمار متفاوت بود؛ بهطوریکه بیشترین فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی مربوط به رقم تامسون در زمان برداشت و در میوههای تیمارشده با غلظت بالای کلرایدکلسیم بود. در مجموع میتوان گفت که محلولپاشی قبل از برداشت درختان مرکبات با کلراید کلسیم میتواند موجب بهبود و یا حفظ ویژگیهای کیفی گوشت و پوست میوه در مدت انبارداری گردد.

تأثیر اسیدسالیسیلیک بر برخی خصوصیات رشدی و بیوشیمیایی زیتون رقم "کنسروالیا" (Olea europaea cv. ‘Konservalia’) تحت شرایط تنش خشکی
این پژوهش به منظور بررسی اثر چهار سطح مختلف اسیدسالیسیلیک (صفر،نیم،یکو دومیلیمولار) و سه سطح آبیاری (100، 66 و 33 درصد تبخیر و تعرق گیاه) بر برخی خصوصیات رشدی وبیوشیمیایی نهال زیتون رقم "کنسروالیا" بهصورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1394-1395 اجرا گردید. نتایج مقایسه میانگین دادهها نشان داد که در سه سطح آبیاری (ETc 100 درصد، ETc 66 درصد و ETc 33 درصد) مقدار وزن تر و خشکریشه، ساقه و برگ در گیاهان تیمارشده با اسیدسالیسیلیک نسبت به گیاهان تیمارنشده با اسیدسالیسیلیک از مقادیر بالاتری برخوردار بود. همچنین نتایج مقایسه میانگین برهمکنش آبیاری و اسیدسالیسیلیک بر محتوای کلروفیل، کربوهیدرات محلول کل و پرولین برگ نشان داد که با کاهش مقدار آب آبیاری از 100 به 66 و 33 درصد تبخیر و تعرق گیاه، محتوی کلروفیل (کلروفیل a، b و کل) کاهش یافت در حالیکه محتوی کلروفیل، کربوهیدرات محلول کل و پرولین برگ در نهالهای آبیاریشده با 66 و 33 درصد تبخیر و تعرق گیاه و محلولپاشیشده با 2 میلیمولار اسیدسالیسیلیک نسبت به گیاهان محلولپاشینشده از مقدار بالاتری برخوردار بود. همچنین نتایج آنالیز تکراری نشان داد که کمترین مقدار محتوای کلروفیل پس از 90 روز پس از اعمال تیمار مربوط به گیاهان آبیاریشده با 33 درصد تبخیر و تعرق گیاه بود در حالیکه کمترین مقدار پرولین پس از 90 روز پس از تیمار، در هر دو رژیم آبیاری 66 و 33 درصد تبخیر و تعرق گیاه در گیاهان محلولپاشی نشده با اسیدسالیسیلیک گزارش گردید. لذا به نظر میرسد که محلولپاشی با غلظت 2 میلیمولار اسیدسالیسیلیک در تیمار آبیاری 66 و 33 درصد موجب کاهش اثرات منفی تنش خشکی در گیاه زیتون شده است.

مطالعه ضرایب همبستگی صفتهای زراعی و تجزیه علیت عملکرد دانه در چاودار
چاودار (Secale cereale L.) یکی از گرامینههای مهم و با ارزش است که برای تولید نان یا مصرف علوفه مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. به منظور بررسی روابط بین عملکرد دانه و اجزاء عملکرد، 64 ژنوتیپ مختلف چاودار در آزمایش لاتیس ساده با دو تکرار در سال 1395 در منطقه مراغه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. تجزیه همبستگی نشان داد که عملکرد دانه با صفتهای وزن سنبله، وزن دانه سنبله، شاخص برداشت سنبله، تعداد دانه در سنبله، تعداد سنبله در واحد سطح و شاخص برداشت همبستگی مثبت و معنیدار داشت. با استفاده از تجزیه رگرسیونی گامبهگام سهم هر یک از صفتهایی که بیشترین تأثیر را در عملکرد دانه داشتند مشخص گردید صفتهای وزن دانه سنبله و تعداد سنبله در واحد سطح به مدل رگرسیونی عملکرد دانه واردشده و 75 درصد از تنوع موجود بین ژنوتیپها را تبیین کردند. بر اساس تجزیه علیت نیز دو صفت مذکور بهترتیب با ضرایب 71/0 و 60/0 بیشترین تأثیر مستقیم را روی عملکرد دانه داشتند. از طرف دیگر وزن سنبله بیشترین تأثیر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم را (از طریق افزایش وزن دانه سنبله) بر افزایش عملکرد دانه داشت. بهطورکلی از این مطالعه مشخص شد که دو صفت وزن دانه سنبله و تعداد سنبله در واحد سطح در اولویت اول و صفتهای مرتبط با ویژگیهای سنبله، وزن هزار دانه، قطر ساقه، شاخص برداشت، طول ریشک و ارتفاع گیاه در الویت بعدی بر افزایش عملکرد دانه مؤثر میباشند و میتوان از آنها بهعنوان شاخصهایی برای انتخاب در جهت بهبود عملکرد دانه استفاده نمود.

ارزیابی برخی ارقام گل داوودی باغچهای (Chrysanthemum) با استفاده از صفات مورفولوژیک در شرایط بیرانشهر استان لرستان
گل داوودی از مهمترین گیاهان زینتی است که علاوه بر گل بریدنی، بهعنوان گیاه باغچهای، گلدانی و دارویی در عرصه جهانی بهشمار میرود. کاربردهای متعدد این گل در زندگی امروزی نیاز به یک برنامه اصلاحی برای افزایش تولید را سبب شده است. تنوع ژنتیکی 15 رقم داوودی باغچهای در سال 1395 بر اساس صفات ریختشناختی و انتخاب ارقام مناسب جهت کاشت در زیبایی فضایسبز،میادینوپارکهادر قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در بیرانشهر، استان لرستان ارزیابی گردید. بر اساس تجزیه واریانس دادهها اکثر صفات مورد بررسی در ارقام دارای تفاوت معنیدار (01/0 (p≤ بودند. نتایج ضریب همبستگی نشان داد که بین سطح برگ با عرض برگ، قطر دمبرگ و تعداد برگ همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری در سطح احتمال یک درصد وجود دارد. بیشترین همبستگی مثبت و معنیدار (99/0r=) بین تعداد گل در بوته و تعداد گلچههای زبانهای وجود داشت. نتایج تجزیه به عاملها توانست هفت عامل را شناسایی کند که 89 درصد تغییرات میان صفات را توجیه نموند. تجزیه خوشهای ارقام در فاصله اقلیدسی 68/26، به دو گروه اصلی تقسیمبندی شدند. بر اساس نتایج در بین صفات مورد مطالعه اندازه برگ، تعداد گلچهزبانه، ارتفاع شاخه، تعداد انشعاب و تعداد گل در بوته مهمترین صفات برای تشخیص تنوع ارقام داوودی بودند. با بکارگیری برخی از ارقام متعلق به کلاستر اول با ارتفاع کمتر و ارقام موجود در کلاستر دوم با تعداد برگ و گل بیشتر بهعنوان والد میتوان چرخه جدیدی از بهنژادی گل داوودی را آغاز نمود.

برآورد ترکیبپذیری و هتروزیس برای صفات آگرومورفولوژیک سیبزمینی (Solanum tuberosum L.) با استفاده از تجزیه لاین × تستر
به منظور مطالعه ترکیبپذیری و هتروزیس عملکرد غده و تعدادی از صفات زراعیدر سیبزمینی، شش هیبرید حاصل از تلاقی سه لاین با دو تستر به همراه والدین به روش لاین ×تستر (2× 3) و در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 1393-1394 در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی اردبیل مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. اختلافمعنیداربین ژنوتیپها از لحاظ کلیه صفات مورد مطالعه امکان تجزیه و تحلیل ژنتیکیبرمبنایروش لاین ×تستر میسر کرد. بر اساس نتایج ترکیبپذیری عمومی لا ینها و تسترها،لاین L1 (Caeser) دارای ترکیبپذیری عمومی مثبت و معنیدار برای عملکرد غده، وزن و تعداد غده در بوته، تعداد ساقه اصلی و ارتفاع بوته بود. همچنین تستر T1(Luca) دارای ترکیبپذیری عمومی مثبت و معنیدار برای عملکرد غده، وزن و تعداد غده در بوته و درصد ماده خشک غده بود. بنابراین، از این لاین و تستر میتوان بهعنوان والدین در برنامههای اصلاحی بهره گرفت. هیبریدهای (T1 × L3) (Satina × Luca) و (T2× L1) (Caeser × Savalan) از نظر صفات عملکرد غده،وزن و تعداد غده در بوته دارای ترکیبپذیری خصوصی مثبت و معنیدار بودند. نسبت واریانس ترکیبپذیریعمومیبه واریانسترکیبپذیری خصوصی و ضریب بیکر برایتمامصفات مورد مطالعه کمتر از یک بود که این امر حاکیاز نقش مؤثرتراثر غیرافزایشی ژنهادرکنترل ژنتیکی صفات مورد بررسی دارد. وراثتپذیری عمومی بالا و وراثتپذیری خصوصی نسبتاً پایین برای صفات مختلف مشاهده شد. بیشترین میزان هتروزیس برای صفت عملکرد غده متعلق به هیبرید (T1× L3) (Satina × Luca) بود.

تولید گیاهان هاپلوئید مضاعفشده خیار از طریق کشت تخمک
تولید لاینهای خالص یکی از مهمترین ابزارها جهت تولید بذر پر عملکرد میباشد. با توجه به پیشرفتهای اخیر روشهای آزمایشگاهی میتوان لاینهای خالص را در زمان کوتاهی تولید کرد. در مطالعه حاضر، به منظور تولید لاینهای خالص از طریق کشت تخمک آزمایش فاکتوریلی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در گلخانه و آزمایشگاه پردیس کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه رازی کرمانشاه در طی سالهای 96-1394 اجرا شد. فاکتورها شامل سطوح مختلف تنظیمکننده رشد گیاهی و دو ژنوتیپ خیار اصفهانی و بیتآلفا بودند. تخمکها یک روز قبل از گردهافشانی برداشت شدند و بر روی محیط MS تکمیلشده با غلظتهای مختلف TDZ (01/0، 02/0، 03/0، 04/0، 05/0، 06/0، 07/0 و 08/0 میلیگرم بر لیتر) کشت شدند. پیش تیمار گرمایی 33 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت 3 روز روی کشتها اعمال شد. تعداد جنینهای که بهطور مستقیم القاء شدند شمارش شد. طبق نتایج حاصل از مقایسه میانگین مشخص شد که با افزایش غلظت تنظیمکننده رشد گیاهی TDZ در محیط القاء جنین نیز افزایش یافت و در غلظت 08/0 میلیگرم بر لیتر بیشترین میانگین تعداد جنین در هر دو ژنوتیپ مورد آزمایش به دست آمد. بر این اساس بیشترین میانگین تعداد جنین برای ژنوتیپ اصفهانی 33/23 و برای ژنوتیپ بیتآلفا 66/20 در محیط 08/0 میلیگرم بر لیتر به دست آمد و کمترین میانگین تعداد جنین نیز در محیط 01/0 میلیگرم بر لیتر برای هر دو ژنوتیپ مورد بررسی به دست آمد. سطوح پلوئیدی بافتهای تولید شده با فلوسایتومتری مشخص شد و بافتهای هاپلوئید به محیط باززایی منتقل شدند. درنهایت گیاهان باززایی شده دابلد هاپلوئید شدند و میتوان آنها را بهعنوان لاین خالص در برنامههای اصلاحی بکار گرفت.

اثر بسترهای مختلف کشت بر برخی صفات فیزیکوشیمیایی گیاه همیشهبهار (Calendula officinalis L.) تحت تنش شوری
شوری یکی از مهمترین عوامل محدودکننده رشد گیاه و تولیدات کشاورزی میباشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف شوری و اصلاحکنندههای آلی بر برخی شاخصهای رشدی در گیاه همیشهبهار (Calendula officinalis L.) بود. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی شامل پنج سطح از مواد آلی (شاهد (خاک زراعی)، نیم و یک گرم در لیتر عصاره جلبک دریایی،80 درصد خاک زراعی + 20 درصد حجمی گلدان کود گاوی کاملاً پوسیده و 80 درصد خاک زراعی + 20 درصد حجمی گلدان کود ورمیکمپوست) و سه سطح شوری (5/3، 5/7 و 5/10 دسیزیمنس بر متر) با سه تکرار در گلخانه دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه اردکان در سال 1396 به اجرا درآمد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش سطح شوری،شاخصهای رشدی و میزان جذب عناصر بهطور معنیداری کاهش یافت، در حالیکه فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز افزایش یافت. بیشترین قطر تاج، تعداد برگ، وزن تر و خشک گل و جذب عناصر در تیمار کود گاویو با هدایت الکتریکی 5/3 دسیزیمنس بر متر بهدست آمد.بیشترین قطر گل در تیمار نیم گرم در لیتر جلبک دریایی و با هدایت الکتریکی 5/3 دسیزیمنس بر مترمشاهده شد. با توجه به نتایج بهدست آمده مشخص شد که اگرچه آستانه تحمل به شوری همیشهبهار 5/7 دسیزیمنس بر مترمیباشد، استفاده از بستر کشت مناسب، تحمل گیاه را تا 5/10 دسیزیمنس بر مترافزایش خواهد داد. همچنین مشخص شد که کود گاویبهتر از بقیه تیمارها توانست تحمل گیاه را در برابر شوری افزایش دهد و موجب بهبود خصوصیات کمی و کیفی آن گردد.

کنترل شیمیایی کاتوس (Cynanchum acutum) در مزارع پلنت نیشکر
چکیدهعلف هرزکاتوس از مهمترین عوامل محدودکننده کشت نیشکر میباشد. به منظور تعیین کارایی علفکش ایندازیفلم در مقایسه با سایر علفکشهای مورد کاربرد در نیشکر بر مهار علف هرزکاتوس، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 7 تیمار و چهار تکرار در یکی از مزارع پلنت منطقه شعیبیه شوشتر درسال96-1395 انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی در این مطالعه شامل کاربرد علفکش ایندازیفلم به مقادیر50 و 75 گرم ماده مؤثره در هکتار بهصورت پیشرویشی؛ تریفلوکسیسولفورون + آمترین به میزان 1875 گرم ماده خالص در هکتار بهصورت پسرویشی؛ تو، فور-دی + امسیپیآ به میزان 5/1687 گرم ماده خالص در هکتار؛ گلیفوزیت 6 لیتر در هکتار + سولفات آمونیوم 8 لیتر در هکتار؛ شاهد عاری از علف هرز (وجینشده) و شاهد آلوده به علف هرز (بدون تیمار علفکش). نتایج نشان داد که ایندازیفلم به میزان 75 و 50 گرم ماده مؤثر در هکتار ماده تجارتی بیشترین تأثیر را در مهارکاتوس، هم از نظر درصد کاهش تراکم به مقدار (09/85، 18/66 درصد) و هم از نظر درصد کاهش وزن خشک کاتوس به میزان (2/82، 90/60 درصد) نشان داد. بهترین تیمار از نظر وزن تک ساقه (72/0 کیلوگرم)،قطر میانگره وسط (85/1 سانتیمتر)، تعداد میانگره (2/18) و عملکرد نی (92/117 تن در هکتار) نیشکر متعلق به تیمار ایندازیفلم بهمیزان 75 گرم ماده مؤثر در هکتار بود. بیشترین درصد بریکس، درصد قند اینورت، شکر استحصالی و کمترین میزان الیاف بهترتیب با مقادیر 48/21، 533/0؛ 26/11و 61/12 (تن در هکتار) متعلق به تیمار ایندازیفلم به میزان 75 گرم ماده مؤثر در هکتار بود.

تجزیه مسیر ترتیبی بر اساس عملکرد و سایر ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیکی- مورفولوژیکی در کدوهای بومی شمال غرب ایران
پژوهش حاضر به منظور تعیین ویژگیهای مرفولوژیک و فیزیولوژیک تأثیرگذار در عملکرد تودههای کدو از مناطق شمال غرب ایران در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی ساعتلوی آذربایجان غربی انجام گرفت. نتایج حاصل از همبستگیهای فنوتیپی نشان داد که تعداد میوه، وزن میوه، وزن صد دانه، عرض میوه، ضخامت بذر، طول بوته، طول میانگره، شاخهدهی اولیه و پیاچ میوه در سطح یک درصد و ویژگیهای وزن بذر، طول دممیوه، طول کاسبرگ ماده و مواد جامد محلول میوه در سطح پنج درصد همبستگی مثبت و معنیدار با عملکرد میوه دارند. در رگرسیون گام به گام برای عملکرد میوه، چهار ویژگی طول میانگره، طول گلبرگ ماده، درصد کلروفیل و پیاچ میوه وارد مدل شدند. بر اساس نتایج تجزیه علیت، ویژگیهای پیاچ و طول میانگره بیشترین اثر مستقیم و مثبت را بر عملکرد میوه داشتند. پیاچ احتمالاً با کاهش سرعت فرآیندهای مرتبط با رسیدن میوه بر عملکرد تأثیر بگذارد. ویژگی درصد کلروفیل بالاترین اثر غیرمستقیم از طریق طول میانگره بر عملکرد میوه را نشان داد.

ارزیابی حساسیت برخی مراحل فنولوژیکی ژنوتیپهای گندم در پاسخ به تنش خشکی
این تحقیق با هدف ارزیابی حساسیت برخی مراحل فنولوژیکی ژنوتیپهای گندم به تنش خشکی در دو سال زراعی 94-1393 و 93-1392 بهصورت کرتهای یک بار خردشده در قالب طرح بلوکهای تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. عامل اصلی تیمارهای تنش خشکی و عامل فرعی چهار ژنوتیپ گندم بودند. عملکرد دانه در تیمار شاهد 4919 و در تیمارهای عدم آبیاری در مراحل پنجهزنی، رشد طولی ساقه، ظهور سنبله و رشد دانه بهترتیب 4109، 4442، 3988 و 4455 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود. بیشترین مقدار شاخص حساسیت برای عملکرد بیولوژیکی، عملکرد دانه، شاخص برداشت، تعداد دانه در سنبله و تعداد دانه در واحد سطح بهترتیب با 47/1، 39/1، 33/1، 80/4 و 75/1 به مرحله ظهور سنبله تعلق داشت. حساسیت بیشتر عملکرد دانه به تنش خشکی در مرحله ظهور سنبله را میتوان به اثر تنش خشکی بر تکوین گلچهها و اختلال در گردهافشانی منتسب نمود.
