تاثیر همزیستی سه گونه قارچ میکوریز (Glumos spp.) بر رشد و جذب برخی عناصر غذایی در قلمههای ریشهدار سه رقم زیتون
این پژوهش به منظور بررسی اثر تلقیح قلمههای ریشهدار شده سه رقم زیتون با سه گونه قارچ همزیست از جنس Glomus بر ویژگیهای رشد، میزان کلروفیل و جذب برخی عناصر غذایی در قلمهها اجرا گردید. مطالعه بهصورت یک آزمایش فاکتوریل با دو فاکتور، بر پایهی طرح کاملاً تصادفی و در سه تکرار در گلخانه تحقیقاتی علوم باغبانی دانشگاه بوعلی سینا انجام شد. فاکتور اول ارقام زیتون در سه سطح شامل ’آربکین‘ (R1)، ’کنسروالیا‘ (R2) و ’مُحرم‘ (R3) و فاکتور دوم تلقیح قلمههای ریشهدار شده با مخلوطهای متفاوتی از سه گونه قارچ میکوریزادر پنج سطح شامل D1 (G.mosseae+G.intraradices)، G.hoi) D2+G.mosseae)،D3 (G.hoi+G.intraradices)، D4(ترکیب هر سه گونه قارچ) و D5 بدون تلقیح (شاهد) بودند. بر اساس نتایج بیشترین درصد همزیستی R2D2و کمترین آن در تیمارهای D5 هر سه رقم مشاهده گردید. کاربرد قارچ میکوریزا موجب افزایش معنیدار برخی ویژگیهای رشد از جمله ارتفاع و قطر ساقه اصلی نهال، سطح برگ، وزن تر و خشک اندامهای هوایی و ریشه و نیز محتوای کلروفیل a، b و کل در همه تیمارهای مایهزنی شده نسبت به شاهد گردیدند. همزیستی قارچها همچنین موجب افزایش معنیدار جذب عناصری چون فسفر، پتاسیم، روی و آهن نسبت به شاهد گردید. براساس نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه و اثرات مثبت قارچ میکوریزا روی رشد و جذب عناصر غذایی در نهالهای زیتون، کاربرد مخلوط قارچهای فوق در تولید و پرورش این نهالها توصیه میگردد.

تأثیر محلولپاشی گاما-آمینو بوتیریک اسید بر ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیکی گوجهفرنگی رقم نامیب تحت تنش شوری
تنش شوری و تجمع املاح در سطح خاک، یکی از مهمترین تنشهای غیرزیستی محدودکننده تولید محصولات کشاورزی در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک ایران میباشد. یکی از روشهای به حداقل رساندن اثرات مضر تنش شوری استفاده از محلولپاشی برگی برخی مواد شیمیایی مانند گاما-آمینوبوتیریک اسید (گابا) برای افزایش تحمل به شوری گیاه است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تغییرات فیزیولوژیکی گوجهفرنگی تحت تنش شوری و تیمار گابا صورت گرفت. تیمار شوری در دو سطح صفر (شاهد) و 50 میلیمولار و تیمار گابا در سه غلظت صفر، 10 و 20 میلیمولار بهصورت محلولپاشی برگی اعمال شد. خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی شامل محتوای نسبی آب برگ، شاخص پایداری غشاء سلولی، پرولین، پروتئین محلول کل و فعالیت آنزیمها، کلروفیل a، b و کل و میزان قندهای محلول اندازهگیری شدند. گابا سبب افزایش در محتوای نسبی آب برگ، پایداری غشاء سلولی، میزان کلروفیل a، b، کلروفیل کل، کاروتنوئید، کربوهیدراتهای محلول کل، پرولین، فعالیت آنزیمهای پراکسیداز و سوپراکسید دیسموتاز نسبت به گوجهفرنگی تیمار شاهد گردید. بنابراین، در شرایط تنش شوری استفاده از گابا بهعنوان یک اسمولیت سازگار که موجب بهبود خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی گوجهفرنگی شده، توصیه میشود.

تأثیر محرکهای مختلف زیستی و غیرزیستی بر رشد ریشه مویین در گیاه دارویی خشخاش (Papaver somniferum L.)
گیاه خشخاش (Papaver somniferum L.)، از مهمترین گیاهان در صنعت دارویی جهان و منشأ تولید آلکالوئیدها میباشد. یکی از تکنیکهای تولید آلکالوئید، استفاده از کشت ریشه مویین میباشد؛ امّا در بیشتر مواقع تولید آلکالوئیدها در مقیاس تجاری کم است و برای افزایش آنها، نیاز به تحریک تولید با روشهای مختلفی از جمله استفاده از محرکهای زیستی و غیرزیستی است. در این پژوهش، به منظور افزایش زیستتوده ریشههای مویین، اثر 4 نوع محرک (سالیسیلیک اسید، نیترات نقره، سولفات مس و عصاره مخمّر) بهصورت آزمایشهای جداگانه و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. جهت انجام این آزمایشها، ریشههای مویین اولیه تولید شده در نهایت درون ارلنهای حاوی 30 میلیلیتر محیط کشت ½MSاضافه شدند و هر ارلن به عنوان یک تکرار در نظر گرفته شد. تأیید تراریختگی ریشههای مویین با تکثیر اختصاصی ژنهای rolC، انجام شد و باندی با اندازهای مطابق انتظار، روی ژل الکتروفورز مشاهده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که غلظت 5/0 میلیگرم در میلیلیتر از محرک عصاره مخمّر بیشترین تأثیر را بر صفات مورفولوژیکی داشت. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که محرکهای زیستی، نقش مؤثرتری نسبت به تیمارهای غیرزیستی دارند و غلظتهای بالای محرکها، اعم از زیستی و غیرزیستی، بر زیستتوده ریشههای مویین، تأثیر منفی دارند.

بررسی تجمع سدیم در برگهای ارقام حساس و متحمل به شوری گندم (Triticum aestivum L.)
انتقال مقادیر اندک سدیم به اندام هوایی و تحمل غلظتهای بالای املاح در برگ از طریق محفظهبندی سدیم در واکوئل دو مکانیسم مهم تحمل به شوری در گیاهان میباشد. به منظور درک مکانیسمهای تحمل به شوری و الگوی تجمع یون سدیم در برگها، سه رقم گندم نان (کویر، مهدوی و تجن) که از لحاظ مقاومت به شوری متفاوت بودند در چهار سطح شوری (صفر، 50، 100 و 150 میلیمولار کلرید سدیم) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. آزمایش در سال 1394 بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و با سه تکرار اجرا شد. در واکنش به افزایش شوری، سدیم برگها پس از 14 روز در همه ارقام افزایش یافت، اما غلظت آن در رقم حساس تجن بیش از ارقام متحمل کویر و مهدوی بود. اختلاف معنیداری در سرعت رشد نسبی و نسبت اندام هوایی به ریشه بین ارقام مختلف مشاهده نشد. نتایج نشان داد که اختلاف بین ارقام در انتقال سدیم موجب تفاوت در غلظت سدیم اندام هوایی میباشد. غلظت سدیم ریشه در همه ارقام یکسان بود اما ارقام متحمل دارای مقدار بیشتری از نسبت پتاسیم به سدیم اندام هوایی بودند. وزن خشک اندام هوایی بهطور معنیداری در شوری 150 میلیمولار کاهش یافت اما مقدار این کاهش در همه ارقام تقریباً مشابه بود. به نظر میرسد اثر مهم شوری بر وزن خشک اندام هوایی به دلیل تأثیر اسمزی املاح میباشد نه اثرات ویژه یونی در داخل گیاه. نتایج نشان داد رقم کویر دارای تحمل بیشتری نسبت به غلظتهای بالای سدیم در برگها بوده و رقم مهدوی نیز نسبت به دو رقم دیگر دارای کمترین غلظت سدیم در برگها بود. در نهایت مقایسه ارقام نشان داد که حداقل دو مکانیسم مهم تحمل به شوری در گندم وجود دارد. اول میزان پایین تجمع سدیم در اندام هوایی و دوم تحمل غلظتهای بالای سدیم توسط بافتها.

اثر زمان برداشت و طول مدت انبارمانی بر برخی ویژگیهای فیزیکی و بیوشیمیایی میوه انار رقم ملس پوست زرد ‘Malas Post Zard’) .(Punica granatum L
اطلاعات محدودی در زمینه جنبههای قبل از برداشت که میتواند فیزیولوژی پس از برداشت میوه انار (Punica granatum L.) را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد وجود دارد. هدف آزمایش حاضر، تعیین تغییرات شاخصهای کیفی میوه انار در ناحیه باغملک (استان خوزستان، جنوب غربی ایران) تحت تأثیر مرحله بلوغ در زمان برداشت و مدت انبارمانی بود. میوههای انار رقم ملس پوست زرد در سه زمان برداشت (بیست و سوم شهریورماه، هفتم مهرماه و بیست و یکم مهرماه 1390) برداشت شده و به مدت 40 و 80 روز در دمای 7+ درجه سانتیگراد نگهداری گردید. در هر مرحله برداشت و یا پس از 40 یا 80 روز انبارمانی، برخی شاخصهای فیزیکی (رنگ سطحی، پوسیدگی و چروکیدگی) و بیوشیمیایی (اسکوربیک اسید، مواد جامد محلول، اسیدیته قابل تیتراسیون، pH، شاخص آنتوسیانین و شاخصهای رنگ قهوهای آبمیوه) اندازهگیری شدند. نتایج نشان دادند بدون در نظر گرفتن دوره انبارمانی، میوههای انار در میزان غلظت مواد جامد محلول، اسیدیته قابل تیتراسیون، pH و شاخص آنتوسیانین در آبمیوه تفاوت معنیداری داشتند. برهمکنش اثرهای زمان برداشت و مدت انبارمانی (40 و 80 روز) بر چگالی، تغییر رنگ و چروکیدگی میوه، ویتامین ث، پهاش، اسیدیته قابل تیتراسیون و رنگ آبمیوه (شاخص آنتوسیانین و شاخص رنگ قهوهای) معنیدار بود. نتایج نشان دادند برداشت میوههای انار در زمانهای مختلف، شاخصهای کیفیت ظاهری و ویژگیهای بیوشیمیایی میوه را تحت تأثیر قرار داد و در زمان برداشت اول (بیست و سوم شهریورماه) موجب کاهش کیفیت میوه گردید ولی این میوهها غیرقابل مصرف نبودند.

تأثیر انواع پرایمینگ بر شاخصهای جوانهزنی و آنزیمهای بذر سورگوم (Sorghum bicolor L.) ژنوتیپ SOR834 تحت سمیت کلرید و نیترات کادمیوم
تأثیر سمیت فلزات سنگین از جمله کادمیوم بر موجودات زنده یک نگرانی بزرگ جهانی است، گیاهان نیز از اثرات مضر قرارگیری در معرض فلزات سنگین مستثنی نیستند. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی تأثیر انواع پرایمینگ بر شاخصهای جوانهزنی بذر سورگوم تحت تنش کلرید و نیترات کادمیوم در آزمایشگاه اجرا گردید. آزمایش جوانهزنی بهصورت فاکتوریل چند عاملی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار انجام شد. فاکتور اول تیمار فلزات سنگین در 7 سطح شامل محلول کلرید و نیترات کادمیوم هرکدام در چهار سطح (صفر، 200، 400 و 600 میکرومولار) و فاکتور دوم شامل 9 سطح انواع پرایمینگ اسید جیبرلیک با غلظتهای 400 و 800 میلیگرم در لیتر، اسید سالیسیلیک در دو سطح 3/0 و 6/0 میلی مولار، نیترات پتاسیم با غلظتهای 1 و 2 درصد و پلی اتیلن گلایکول با غلظتهای 3- و 6- بار و تیمار بدون پرایمینگ بودند. نتایج بخش جوانهزنی نشان داد که بیشترین و کمترین سرعت و درصد جوانهزنی بذر بهترتیب در نیترات کادمیوم 200 میکرومولار و کلرید و نیترات کادمیوم 600 میکرومولار به دستآمد. همچنین کاربرد اسید سالیسیلیک 3/0 و 6/0 میلیمولار سرعت جوانهزنی را افزایش داد. بیشترین و کمترین شاخص بنیه گیاهچه بهترتیب در تیمار بدون کادمیوم و تیمار کلرید کادمیوم 600 میکرومولار مشاهده شد که کاربرد جیبرلیک اسید 800 میلیگرم در لیتر باعث افزایش شاخص بنیه شد. با افزایش غلظت کادمیوم میزان فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز در بذر سورگوم افزایش یافت در حالیکه کاربرد پرایمهای مختلف آن را کاهش داد.

اثر زمان سرزنی شاخه و قطع آبیاری قبل از برداشت بر برخی از ویژگیهای کمی و کیفی انگور عسکری
انگور یکی از مهمترین محصولات باغی در ایران است. در بعضی مناطق به دلیل آب زیاد و شرایط اقلیمی مناسب، رشد رویشی بیشتر از حد عادی است. این پژوهش به منظور بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف زمان سرزنی شاخه و قطع دور آبیاری بر برخی ویژگیهای کمی و کیفی انگور عسکری در منطقه سیسخت در شهرستان دنا، طی سالهای 1393-1392 انجام گرفت. تاکهای 18 ساله همسان با سیستم تربیت پاچراغی انتخاب و تمام تاکها با شارژ 60 جوانهای هرس شدند. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل که فاکتور اول شامل تیمار زمان سرزنی شاخه با چهار سطح (شاهد، بعد از تشکیل میوه، مرحله غوره و مرحله تغییر رنگ حبهها) و فاکتور دوم شامل تیمار قطع آبیاری در چهار سطح (شاهد، 70، 80 و 90 روز بعد از تمام گل) در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار اجرا گردید. فاکتورهای مربوط به اندازهگیری کیفیت آبمیوه شامل درصد کل مواد جامد محلول (%TSS)، درصد اسیدیتهکل (%TA)، نسبت TSS/TA، pH آبمیوه و ویتامین ث بود. نتایج نشان داد که اثر تیمار سرزنی و قطع دور آبیاری بر تمام ویژگیهای کیفی آبمیوه بهاستثناء درصد اسیدکل، اختلاف معنیداری (p≤0.01) را نشان داد. برهمکنش تیمار سرزنی و قطع دور آبیاری بر نسبت TSS/TA و ویتامین ث، اختلاف معنیداری (p≤0.01) را نشان داد. بیشترین نسبت TSS/TA و ویتامین ث آبمیوه مربوط به تیمار سرزنی در مرحله تغییر رنگ با قطع آبیاری در 90 روز بعد از مرحله تمام گل بود. همچنین تیمار سرزنی تأثیر معنیداری بر وزن خوشه و عملکرد نسبت به شاهد نداشت اما در تیمار قطع آبیاری، وزن خوشه و عملکرد نسبت به شاهد کاهش یافت.

پژوهشی به منظور مقایسه سیستم کشت مستقیم و نشایی ذرت در دو تاریخ کاشت زمان معمول و هراکشت در گلخانه و مزرعه تحقیقاتی پردیس کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه رازی کرمانشاه اجرا شد. آزمایش در سال اول بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار اجرا شد. عاملها شامل سه روش کاشت (بذرکاری، نشاءکاری 4 هفتهای و نشاءکاری 6 هفتهای) و دو تاریخ کاشت (کشت زودهنگام (هراکشت) و کشت زمان معمول) بودند. آزمایش در سال دوم به دو روش نشاءکاری 6 هفتهای زودهنگام (تیمار برتر سال اول) و بذرکاری زمان معمول (شاهد) در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. نتایج در سال اول نشان داد که تاریخ کاشت زودهنگام باعث افزایش ارتفاع بوته، شاخص سبزینگی و وزن مخصوص برگ نسبت به تاریخ کاشت زمان معمول شد. همچنین بالاترین وزن خشک تولید شده و نسبت برگ به ساقه مربوط به نشاء 6 هفتهای زودهنگام بود. نتایج آزمایش در سال دوم نشان داد که نشاءکاری باعث افزایش تعداد برگ، مقدار کلروفیل، وزن تازه و خشک، سطح برگ، طول بلال، قطر بلال، تعداد دانه در ردیف بلال، تعداد ردیف در دانه بلال، وزن خشک بلال، عملکرد دانه، وزن صد دانه و وزن گل تاجی در مقایسه با کشت مستقیم شد. بنابراین کشت نشاء شش هفتهای ذرت در تاریخ زودهنگام (10 فروردین)، برای افزایش عملکرد دانه و ماده خشک و همچنین زودرس نمودن محصول و عرضه آن به بازار برای شهر کرمانشاه توصیه میشود.

بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی برخی از لاینهای خیار با استفاده از صفات مورفولوژیکی از طریق تجزیه به مؤلفههای اصلی و تجزیه خوشهای
شناسایی و جمعآوری ژنوتیپهای برتر محصولات باغی اولین گام در برنامههای اصلاحی به شمار میرود. در کشور ما به دلیل عدم شناخت کافی از ژرم پلاسم گیاهان باغی، برنامههای اصلاحی مناسبی روی محصولات باغی خصوصاً خیار انجام نشده است. هدف این تحقیق، گروهبندی ژنوتیپهای خیار، بر اساس صفات مورفولوژیکی و تعیین فواصل ژنتیکی آنها میباشد. به همین منظور، 25 لاین خیار برای 25 صفت مورفولوژیکی با استفاده از روش تجزیه به مؤلفههای اصلی و تجزیه خوشهای مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. در تجزیه به مؤلفههای اصلی دوازده مؤلفه اول 88 درصد از کل واریانس متغیرها را توجیه نمودند، که سهم هر کدام از دوازده مؤلفه اول بهترتیب 97/17، 25/12، 45/11، 74/8، 52/7، 12/6، 13/5، 53/4، 29/4، 77/3، 44/3 و 86/2 درصد بود. در تجزیه خوشهای از روش فاصله اقلیدسی و الگوریتم متوسط فاصله بین گروهها (UPGMA) برای گروهبندی کل لاینها استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده کل لاینها در هفت گروه مجزا جا گرفتند و ضریب کوفنتیکی 84/0 بود. نتایج حاکی از تنوع ژنتیکی زیاد بین لاینهای مورد بررسی بود کهاز این تنوع جهت هتروزیس و انتخاب والدین مناسب در برنامههای تلاقی به منظور تولید ارقامی باصفات مطلوب میتوان استفاده نمود.

مدلسازی اثر تراکم گیاهی بر تولید و پیر شدن برگ دو رقم گندم در شرایط قطع آبیاری آخر فصل
برای مدلسازی تولید و پیر شدن برگ گندم، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در چهار تکرار در مزرعهای واقع در صالحآباد استان خراسان رضوی در سال زراعی 91-1390 انجام شد. تیمارهای این آزمایش شامل تراکمهای کاشت (50، 100، 200، 300، 400 و 500 بوته در متر مربع) و ارقام (گاسکوژن و پیشتاز) بودند. در این آزمایش ساقاب و دانهآب انجام نشد. فیلوکرون در گندم حدود 102 درجه روز رشد بود و برگهای ساقه اصلی بعد از دریافت حدود 900 درجه روز رشد به اتمام رسیدند. تراکم بوته بر ظهور برگ و فیلوکرون تأثیری نداشت. پیری برگ در ساقه اصلی وقتی شروع شد که ساقه اصلی حدود 5 برگ داشت و به ازای هر واحد افزایش درجه روز رشد کسر برگهای پیر شده در ساقه اصلی 7/0 درصد افزایش یافت. تولید برگ در بوته در مقابل تعداد برگ روی ساقه اصلی در دو مرحله اتفاق افتاد. در مرحله اول تعداد برگ در بوته به آهستگی و مستقل از تراکم افزایش یافت و در مرحله دو تولید برگ با سرعت بیشتری رخ داد و به تراکم بوته وابسته بود. رابطه نزدیکی بین کسر برگهای پیر در بوته و کسر برگهای پیر در ساقه اصلی مشاهده شد. طول عمر متوسط هر برگ در بوته با افزایش تراکم کاهش یافت. گاسکوژن توانسته بود تعداد برگ و طول عمر برگ بالاتری را به خود اختصاص دهد. نتایج نشان داد که تولید و پیری برگ گیاه گندم را در تراکمهای مختلف تحت شرایط آبیاری آخر فصل میتوان در قالب معادلات مختلف بهصورت کمی توصیف کرد.
