The Essential oil form this plant is used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics industries, and flavoring liqueurs. To evaluate the effect of drought treatments on essential oil content and composition of anise hyssop, an experiment was conducted in a Randomized Complete Blocks Design (RCBD) with seven water stress treatments and three replications in two field and greenhouse conditions. The treatments were 100% of field capacity (FC), 85% of FC, 70% of FC, 55% of FC, 100-85% of FC (100% at vegetative and 85% at reproductive period), 100-70% of FC (100% at vegetative and 70% at reproductive stage), 85-100 % of FC (85% at vegetative and 100% at reproductive phase). A Clevenger-type apparatus (hydro distillation) was used to extract the essential oils from the plants foliage. Essential oil components were analyzed and recognized by GC and GC/MS. The result showed that the highest (2.30%) and lowest (1.64%) amounts of essential oil content were observed at 55% FC and 100-70% FC in the field condition, respectively. Water stress also caused increase in the essential oil content in the greenhouse condition. Accordingly, the essential oil content was increased from 1.12 in 100% FC to 1.62 in 55% FC. Herbal yield and essential oil yield were significantly decreased with the progressing level of water deficit in both field and greenhouse conditions. Methyl chavicol was the main composition of essential oil in the two conditions and unaffected by water stress. In total, 85-100 % FC and 100 % FC were recommended to field and greenhouse conditions, respectively.    }, keywords = {Anise hyssop,Essential Oil,Water Stress,limonene,Methyl chavicol}, title_fa = {مقایسه عملکرد پیکر رویشی، میزان و ترکیبات اسانس گل مکزیکی (Agastache foeniculum Kuntze) در شرایط مزرعه و گلخانه تحت تیمار تنش خشکی}, abstract_fa = {به منظور بررسی اثر تیمارهای تنش خشکی بر درصد و ترکیبات اسانس گل مکزیکی، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با هفت تیمار و سه تکرار در شرایط مزرعه و گلخانه انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل  شاهد (100% ظرفیت زراعی)، تنش آبی ملایم (85% ظرفیت زراعی)، تنش آبی متوسط (70% ظرفیت زراعی)، تنش شدید (55% ظرفیت زراعی) و ترکیب این تیمارها در دوره رشد رویشی و زایشی (85-100، 70-100 و 100-85 درصد ظرفیت زراعی) بودند. اسانس گیاه توسط دستگاه تقطیر با آب (کلونجر) استخراج و سپس ترکیبات اسانس با استفاده از دستگاه گاز کروماتوگراف متصل به طیف سنج جرمی شناسایی گردیدند. نتایج نشان داد که در شرایط مزرعه، بیشترین درصد اسانس (30/2) در تیمار 55 و کمترین آن (64/1) در تیمار 70-100 درصد ظرفیت زراعی مشاهده گردید. همچنین درصد اسانس با افزایش سطح تنش خشکی در شرایط گلخانه افزایش یافت، به طوری که مقدار آن از 12/1 در تیمار شاهد به 62/1 درصد در تیمار تنش خشکی شدید رسید. عملکرد پیکر رویشی و اسانس در دو شرایط مزرعه و گلخانه با افزایش سطح تنش خشکی به طور معنی داری کاهش یافتند.  متیل کاویکول جزء اصلی اسانس گل مکزیکی را تشکیل داده و تحت تاثیر تنش خشکی قرار نگرفت. تیمار100-85 درصد ظرفیت زراعی برای گیاهان در شرایط مزرعه و تیمار 100 درصد ظرفیت برای شرایط گلخانه توصیه می‌گردد.}, keywords_fa = {گل مکزیکی,اسانس,تنش خشکی,لیمونن,متیل کاویکول}, url = {https://plantproduction.scu.ac.ir/article_12186.html}, eprint = {https://plantproduction.scu.ac.ir/article_12186_9283b68c697617da1376c6c69af11e7e.pdf} }
