Thus, researchers have tried the green systems which have the least amount of bio dangers, and are easier to use. The silver nanoparticles were investigated by using green fruit extract of Melia azedarach. The effect of extract and silver nitrate concentration on amount of silver nanoparticles absorbance were evaluated as a factorial experiment based on a completely randomized design with three replications. X-ray diffraction was used to confirm the crystalline nature of the particles. Thesize and particles size distribution was assessed by Transmission electron microscope. Then antibacterial properties of synthesized nanoparticles were studied using the dick method. Nanoparticle synthesis relative monodisperse, hesagonal with an average size of 20 nm in Melia azedarach green fruit extract was reported. A according to the results, the interaction of silver nitrate and extract concentration was significant on amount of synthesis absorbance. The antibacterial activities of the synthesized nanoparticles were effective on Staphylococcusaureus and Pseudomonas aerauginos. Given that antibiotic resistance is a common problem to destroy the bacteria, nanomaterials as materials can be used for containment and eradication of these bacteria, but the resistance of clinical isolates in comparison with standard strains should be investigated.}, keywords = {Green synthesis,Extract,Silver nanoparticles,Antibacterial}, title_fa = {نقره در عصاره میوه زیتون تلخ و بررسی خاصیت ضد باکتریایی آن}, abstract_fa = {امروزه تولید نانوذرات نقره به روشهای شیمیایی مختلفی انجام میگیرد که دارای معایبی از جمله عدم پایداری محلول و نیازمند تجهیزات پیشرفته برای تولید است. به همین دلیل محققان به سیستمهای سبز تولید نانوذرات، که دارای حداقل خطرات زیست محیطی بوده و روشهای تولید ساده دارند، روی آوردهاند. نانوذرات نقره به روش سنتز سبز با استفاده از عصاره میوه نارس زیتون تلخ سنتز شدند و تاثیر غلظت عصاره و نیترات نقره بر میزان جذب نانوذره نقره در آزمایش فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.پراش اشعه ایکس به منظور تایید ساختارکریستالی نانوذرات استفاده شد، اندازه و توزیع اندازه ذرات توسط میکروسکوب الکترونی عبوری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت، سپس خاصیت ضد باکتریایی نانوذرات سنتز شده با استفاده از روش دیسک بررسی شدند. سنتز نانوذراتی به طور نسبی مونودیسپرس، شش ضلعی و با میانگین اندازه 20 نانومتر در عصاره میون نارس زیتون تلخ تایید شد، اثرمتقابل غلظت نیترات نقره و عصاره بر میزان جذب معنی دار گردید و نانوذرات سنتز شده از لحاظ خاصیت ضد باکتریایی بر علیه استافیلوکوکوس ارئوسو سودوموناس آئروژینوزا موثر بوده است. با توجه به اینکه مقاومتآنتیبیوتیکییکیاز مشکلاتیاستکهبرایازبینبردناینباکتریهامطرحاست لذانانوموادبهعنوانموادمناسببرایمهاروازبینبردناینباکتریها میتوانندمورداستفادهقرارگیرند. اما باید میزان مقاومت سویههای بالینی در مقایسه با سویههای استاندارد  مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.}, keywords_fa = {سنتز سبز,عصاره,نانوذره نقره,ضد باکتریایی}, url = {https://plantproduction.scu.ac.ir/article_11452.html}, eprint = {https://plantproduction.scu.ac.ir/article_11452_fa7833fa2eb8c17a0f99a0a8761b04e0.pdf} }
