The experiment was carried out as split plot design with 3 replications. Deficit irrigation was the main factor with four levels, deficit irrigation in vegetative stage, reproductive stage, vegetative + reproductive stages and without deficit irrigation (control), which was applied by interrupting irrigation in the specific stages. Fertilizers incloded three levels, 100% chemical fertilizer, 50% of chemical fertilizer + biofertilizers, 25% chemical fertilizer + biofertilizers. Results indicated that treatments had significant effects on total dry weight, seed, oil percentage, harvest index and water use efficiency. Deficit irrigation on vegetative and reproductive level in comparison with full irrigation decreased 10% and 39% WUE of total dry weight and 13% and 21% WUE for grain. Among the fertilizer treatments, application of 50% of chemical fertilizer + Nitroxin and Biophosphate biofertilizers improved the mentioned criteria in the deficit irrigation condition. And the highest value of seed yield (108/1 kg/ha) was achieved by using 50% of chemical fertilizer + biofertilizers in no deficit irrigation. This treatment (50% + biofertilizers) in no deficit irrigation condition enhanced 26% total dry weight in comparison with utilizing 100% chemical fertilizers,}, keywords = {Medicinal plant,Harvest index,Water use efficiency}, title_fa = {اثر کم‌آبیاری و کاربرد کودهای زیستی بر خصوصیات رشدی و کارایی مصرف آب بر گیاه دارویی گاوزبان (Borago officinalis L.)}, abstract_fa = {به منظور بررسی اثر کمآبیاری و کاربرد کودهای شیمیایی و زیستی بر خصوصیات رشدی و کارایی مصرف آب گاوزبان، آزمایشی در بهار و تابستان 1390 در کرمانشاه و به صورت کرتهای خرد شده در قالب  بلوک کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا گردید. کمآبیاری به عنوان عامل اصلی در 4 سطح: کم آبیاری در مرحله رویشی، کمآبیاری زایشی، کمآبیاری رویشی + زایشی و بدون کمآبیاری (شاهد) بود که با اعمال قطع آبیاری در مرحله رشدی مورد نظر انجام گرفت. تیمارهای کودی شامل 3 سطح: مصرف 100 درصد کودهای شیمیایی، مصرف50 درصدکودهای شیمیایی+ زیستی و مصرف 25 درصدکودهای شیمیایی+ زیستی بود. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که کمآبیاری و تیمارهای کودی اثر معنیداری روی وزن خشک کل، عملکرد دانه، درصد روغن، شاخص برداشت و کارایی مصرف آب داشتند. کم آبیاری در مرحله رویشی و زایشی به ترتیب 10 و 39 درصد کارایی مصرف آب برای وزن خشک کل و 13 و 21 درصد کارایی مصرف آب دانه را نسبت به آبیاری کامل کاهش داد. در بین تیمارهای کودی مصرف 50 درصد از کودهای شیمیایی به همراه کودهای زیستی نیتروکسین و بیوفسفات  در شرایط کم آبیاری موجب بهبود شاخصهای مذکور گردید و بیشترین عملکرد دانه (1/180کیلوگرم در هکتار) در شرایط بدون کمآبیاری و با مصرف 50 درصد کودهای شیمیایی+ زیستی حاصل شد. تیمار تلفیقی50 درصد کودهای شیمیایی + زیستی نسبت به مصرف کامل کودهای شیمیایی در شرایط بدون کم آبیاری وزن خشک کل را حدود 26 درصد بهبود بخشید.}, keywords_fa = {گیاهان دارویی,‌ شاخص برداشت,کارایی مصرف آب}, url = {https://plantproduction.scu.ac.ir/article_11134.html}, eprint = {https://plantproduction.scu.ac.ir/article_11134_76b662ceed6efddc33fdd5db04311ab5.pdf} }
