The main plots were three irrigation regimes including 75, 100 and 125 mm (accumulative daily evaporation from the cap class A). The subplots were considered to be a mixture of the biological fertilizers in two levels (applied and non-applied) with triple superphosphate fertilizer in four levels including 0, 75, 150 and 225 kg/ha on factorial basis. The trends in the leaf area index, crop growth rate and relative growth rate were studied. By deviation from the optimal moisture and nutritional condition, a decrease in leaf area was caused to reduce crop growth rate and total dry matter in sever stress conditions (12 mm evaporation from the cap) and non-application of biological and chemical fertilizers. The maximum leaf area index (LAI) was observed in normal conditions at anthesis phase (LAI= 5.7), while it was lower at sever stress conditions (LAI= 3.14). In 12 fully expanded leaf stage, a similar increasing trend was observed with respect to leaf area index by appling 150 and 225 kg/ha chemical fertilizer, and it was significantly different from non-application of fertilizer. When biological fertilizer was appllied alone, there were no significant differences in leaf area index.}, keywords = {Maize,Water Stress,Phosphate-solubilizing bacteria,Triple superphosphate}, title_fa = {بررسی اثرکودهای شیمیایی فسفاته و بیولوژیک بر شاخص‎های رشدی ذرت هیبرید سینگل کراس 704 در شرایط مختلف رطوبتی}, abstract_fa = {به منظور بررسی اثر رژیم‌های مختلف رطوبتی (تنش خشکی) و کود بیولوژیک مخلوطی از  دو میکروارگانیسم حل‌کنندۀ فسفات و مقادیر مختلف کود فسفر روی برخی شاخصهای فیزیولوژیک و رشد ذرت دانه‌ای هیبرید سینگل کراس 704، آزمایشی به صورت طرح اسپلیت فاکتوریل در قالب بلوک کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در سال  1386، در مزرعۀ تحقیقاتی پردیس ابوریحان دانشگاه تهران اجرا گردید. تنش (کم ‌آبیاری) در سه سطح شامل 75، 100و 125 میلی‌متر تبخیر تجمعی از تشتک تبخیر کلاس A به عنوان فاکتور اصلی و فاکتور فرعی شامل ترکیب کود بیولوژیک در دو سطح (استفاده و عدم استفاده ) به همراه کود شیمیایی فسفره از منبع سوپرفسفات تریپل در چهار سطح شامل صفر، 75، 150 و 225 کیلوگرم در هکتار به صورت فاکتوریل در کرت فرعی در نظر گرفته شد. در این آزمایش روند تغییرات  شاخص سطح برگ، سرعت رشد محصول، سرعت رشد نسبی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. با فاصله گرفتن از شرایط بهینه رطوبتی و تغذیهای به علت کاهش سطح برگ میزان سرعت رشد محصول و میزان تجمع ماده خشک کاهش چشمگیری را در شرایط تنش شدید (125 میلیمتر تبخیر از تشتک) و عدم کاربرد کود بیولوژیک و شیمیایی از خود نشان داد، به طوری که حداکثر شاخص سطح برگ در مرحلۀ گلدهی (1116GDD=)  با میانگین 07/5 در شرایط نرمال رطوبتی و کمترین میزان در شرایط تنش شدید با میانگین 14/3 به دست آمد. روند افزایش شاخص سطح برگ در دو تیمار کودی 150 و 225  کیلوگرم در هکتار تا مرحلۀ 12 برگی بسیار نزدیک به هم بود، اگرچه نسبت به شرایط عدم استفاده از کود شیمیایی تفاوت معنی داری را ایجاد نمود. به علاوه، تأثیر کود بیولوژیک به تنهایی بر میزان شاخص سطح برگ تفاوت محسوسی را نسبت به شرایط عدم مصرف کود بیولوژیک از خود  نشان نداد.}, keywords_fa = {ذرت,تنش رطوبتی,باکتری حل کنندۀ فسفات,سوپرفسفات تریپل}, url = {https://plantproduction.scu.ac.ir/article_10071.html}, eprint = {https://plantproduction.scu.ac.ir/article_10071_c8543af3fc6e5f6c905865a1a92dd7dc.pdf} }
